No attorney-client relationship is created between you and LegalFire by your use of this Service. If you require legal advice for a specific situation, you should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction.

2. Self-Help Tool

LegalFire is a self-help tool that uses artificial intelligence to generate template legal letters based on information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing the generated documents, ensuring their accuracy, and determining whether they are appropriate for your situation before using them.

3. No Guarantee of Results

LegalFire makes no representations or warranties regarding the outcome of any matter for which you use a document generated by the Service. Legal outcomes depend on many factors, and we cannot guarantee that any letter will achieve your desired result.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the Service. LegalFire is not responsible for errors in generated documents that result from inaccurate information you supply.

5. Payments and Fees

All fees are charged at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide. All sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

6. Certified Mail Service

When you select USPS Certified Mail delivery, your letter will be printed and mailed by our partner Lob, Inc. Delivery times and tracking are subject to USPS performance and are not guaranteed by LegalFire.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to harass others, to make false claims, or to violate any third party's rights. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGALFIRE AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC DOCUMENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LegalFire, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to your use of any generated document.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by LegalFire and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the information you provide and the personalized documents generated for you.
